Five star hotel in the heart of Karlovy Vary

We have been to the hotel twice this year (January, July), and that says it all. Maximum satisfaction. Services, accommodation, restaurant, wellness - all excellent. The only possible downside is that one has to trudge uphill from the colonnade to the hotel, but that's our laziness, so for those who enjoy comfort and luxury, this is the place to be...

Byli jsme zde podruhé a opět bylo vše naprosto skvělé. Tentokrát jsme trefili zřejmě druhou směnu personálu ve wellnes i restauraci a opět musím vyzdvihnout naprosto profesionální, avšak vždy přátelský a ochotný přístup.
