It is not a surprise, that we named our restaurant after the most creative composer of classical music, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozzart, whose family also had a close relationship with Karlovy Vary.

Breakfast at the hotel is buffet style. It is therefore only up to you what symphony of tastes you compose and how colorful it will be. Without hurry and in the comfortable atmosphere you choose dishes from the buffet offer and then you combine them at will, according to your craving and mood.
For lunch and dinner, the chef selects the best of the region, with an emphasis on seasonal produce and traditional recipes,
and then uses these ingredients with his team to prepare the daily menu. Throughout the year you have an opportunity to taste the best from the European kitchen in the form of a balanced diet.
Breakfast
The breakfast menu includes cereal porridge, a wide range of dairy products, meats and fish. Juices, nuts, cereals, dried and fresh fruit, vegetables and a wide selection of pastries, including sweet kinds.
Lunches and dinners
We serve a five-course menu for lunch and dinner. There is a couvert, starter or light salad, soup and a choice of four main courses of fish, red and white meat. There is also a vegetarian dish and gently cooked vegetables. At the end of the menu we serve dessert
Salads
Mix vegetables according to your current mood. Flavor it exactly according to yourself with high quality olive oil, balsamic paste and dressings or choose an already made salad. We also haven’t left out Chia seeds and Goji berries.
Desserts
Our modern and traditional desserts are the last course of lunch or dinner, and they wrap up your gastronomical experience. If you prefer healthy vitamins, you will surely be able to choose from a wide variety of seasonal Czech and exotic fruit.
